Our Fundamentals Muay Thai program is the perfect starting point for beginners and anyone looking to build a strong foundation in the art of Muay Thai.
Students learn the core techniques of punches, kicks, knees, elbows, footwork, defence, and pad work while developing fitness, confidence, and coordination. Classes are structured to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where members can progress at their own pace.
Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, stress relief, or eventually progressing into our Intermediate Muay Thai classes, Fundamentals provides the skills and confidence needed to begin your martial arts journey.
No experience is required, and beginners are always welcome.
