Jigsaw Martial Arts Refund Policy

At Jigsaw Martial Arts, we are committed to providing the best training experience for our members. Please review our refund policy to ensure clarity regarding membership and class fees.

1. Membership Fees:

Initial Payment: All membership fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes any payments made for the introductory offer or ongoing membership fees.
Early Termination: If you wish to cancel your membership before the end of the agreed term, we require written notice of 30 days. Please note that any unused portion of the membership fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for any remaining balance due for the current term.

2. Class Fees:

Single Class Fee: Fees for single classes are non-refundable once paid. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
Multi-Class Packages: For multi-class packages, refunds will not be granted.

3. Transfer of Membership:

Membership Transfer: Memberships are non-transferable to other individuals.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

Medical Reasons: In cases of medical emergencies or significant injury, a credit towards future classes may be considered upon receipt of a doctor’s note*.
*Doctors note for no less than 30 days

5. Public Holidays and Severe Weather:

Closure: Jigsaw Martial Arts will be closed on all public holidays and during severe weather events. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed due to these closures.

6. Christmas Holiday Closure:

The dojo and gym will be closed annually from December 24th to January 7th. No refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed during this period.

7. Debiting:

External Debiting: All debiting for membership fees and class payments is managed by an external company, Educational Funding Company. Their terms and conditions will apply to all transactions.
