Muay Thai: 5:30pm – 6:15pm then Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: 6:15pm – 7:00pm

Our Women's Only Martial Arts Program is designed to provide a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment where women of all ages and fitness levels can learn, grow, and challenge themselves.

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, build confidence, learn practical self-defence skills, reduce stress, or simply meet like-minded women, our classes offer a fun and encouraging space to achieve your goals.

Our Muay Thai classes focus on striking techniques including punches, kicks, knees, and defensive skills while improving fitness, strength, and coordination. Following Muay Thai, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes teach practical grappling and self-defence techniques that allow a smaller person to effectively control and defend themselves against a larger opponent.

No experience is necessary, and beginners are always welcome. Our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way, helping you build confidence, resilience, and skills both on and off the mats.
